NPCC trg last friday, had no NCOs around due their visitation to Republic Poly. Although we were shorthanded in tt sense, nvrtheless trg carried on as usual. I was with the sec 1s thru out the day until PT when I got transfered to the Sec 3s. Well, this sec 1 batch, so far are pretty enthu, chattery, noisy and crazy too. Hahax, def resembles those good ol days when I was in their shoes... Had some intro sessions, expectations, get together and teaching of some basic drills.
Went for CIP Flag Day on the Sat. morning. Well, it was at YMCA Orchard Road. After getting our tin cans, me and yao went to book our show for "A million dollar baby". Went round to plea for donations for an hour or so before proceeding to watch the movie. The movie was rather "complete" to me. I personally do not like such shows, but having an original plot, well progressive development and skilled acting techniques, I'll give a thumbs up for this movie. After our movie, we went to Killiney for Kaya Toast, kopi and eggs. Havent been there in ages, maybe even a year ever since 1T-09 went during 1st 3 mths. Those old times have been long gone, and it's pretty shocking to see that the situation has deteriorated to an unfun, sad, disappointing, selfish and unravishing atmosphere of ppl around... Ppl who have changed, ppl who have become obscured and sometimes hated... T-7... *laughs with sarcasm*
Went to River Hong Bao later in the Evening. Well nth much to see and admire except some lion and dragon dance performances. Had dinner at Tony Romas for the first time. Hahax, the meat there is awesome so as the sides, baked potatoes and those juicy, water spurting corns!! Hope to go there for another meal soon! =)
Sunday, woke up late... Went to Clifford Pier to take a boat to Kusu Island. Well, I am one person who overworry, thus prone to seasickness. I just played my GBA and slept thruout the journey. On the return journey, I was much more vitalised thus I managed to stay awake thru out. Kusu Island hasnt change much since my last visit. Offered offerings at the temple there too.
School today, was overall fine... Feels good after having a haircut to a short no. 4 style... Hahax, feels good wearing my cap too. Hate to be down with flu, everyone's starting to fall sick so tt sux big time. Went for trg for a lil while before proceeding to SJI for UTC mtg. Went for dinner then came back to CJ for night study... Damn read econs till I doze off... But after tt, I had more determination and energy to carry on. Well, the J1s were rather nice to volunteer themselves to help make milo and give biscuits to us... This might change my view of the J1s, nvrtheless I still have my reservations...
