Just changed the outlook of the blog since the last one screwed up. Abit fiery which does not really suit me, but reflects about me. Anyway, it looks great doesnt it? Haha.
Now where did I last stop... Last few weeks was a series of meetings for upcoming Area 15 Sec 3 ATC. Talking about it, gotta inform Ms Narindar that I cant attend the lecture on 4 Sept. Wednesday and Friday evenings are now devoted to the meetings. The GnT has more or less been fine tuned, admin forms and structured settled. And yupz, now is basically finalising whatever we have. Meetings wise were different from that of Area 5, as it is now more consised and it's splitted up to departments unlike in Area 5 which split jobs to event planning. Both has its pros and cons. I am still for Area 15 style.
Schoolwork, gotta put more effort into it. If not I can jollywell transfer to poly next year to my dream of ID. My HT had an informal PTM with me last fri since I didnt attend the one 24/7. She asked me about my results, whether NPCC is affecting it, evening my parents are getting worried too(more worried than last year). Guess I will need to further plan my time better. She also me my relationship with the class and the current situation. I was honest about my change in attitude and behavior as I initially didnt favour being in T7. However things get settled down, I am more used to it, therefore get along with those I can, tolerate those I can't. Shall attend Night Study Sessions more frequently, but with those ATC Meetings, I can barely do much about it too...
Fei Zai came back from NZ last weekends. Met him last sat. Gave him a BIG hUg coz it's been more than 6 mths since I last saw him. Still the same size and cute looking shit whom I knew. Yupz. He smell like a dustbin coz he played till he sweat like shit. Hahax...
Have been into the morning runs again, hahax gotta maintain and improve my fitness so as not to lag behind and feel weak. Yupz, just got flu not long ago, guess its recovering as time goes by, hopefully recover fully soon.
SJI NP life, quite alot going. Sec 3 NCOs are definitely pressured upon taking over the Unit which gives them the 32nd Batch of NCOs. HO been lecturing them alot about the latest system which is different from the old one, which I used to function in. This is because it is outdated and proved inefficient somehow. Anyway, last Saturday wasnt an easy job taking 2 squad altogether, gotta apologise the sec 2s for they had to be with the sec 1s, and my apprentices. The sec 1s have to learn more drills, and be more confident to qualify for taking the 3rd Class drills. See that some pre requisites are also not given to them as learning aids as well. The new SCs gotta do something about it soon...
Jeffery(CLT of NCC in CJC) mentioned about fancy drills training for next year CJC parade. He said we will choreograph the whole show, but gotta have trg during hols. I am very for this initiative as I def. wanna learn too and teach it to my cadets as well as an enriching and alternative to foot drills. Thus it would involve the NCC and NPCC people as we are the most appropiate ones to execute such drills. Looking fwd to this...
PW, definitely something getting into everybody's nerves. Hahax First Draft of Written Report is to be handed in this Friday. Quite pressurizing for us as my grp has only completed the introduction. Now is with the body and conclusion which makes the bulk of the report. Shall do my evaluation and stuff later tonight since there's not much HW to do too.
Back to my indivualistic and lone mode recently, yup I have more or less gotten use to this style of life. But anyway, hope all is well for you and sorry to reply u in a harsh tone last time round. Though I know u wont read this, but at least I write it here to express my remorse..
